I didn’t start in real estate with a license — I started with a house that needed work and a willingness to figure it out.

Since 2003, I’ve built my expertise from the ground up: as an investor, a flipper, a landlord, and eventually one of the most trusted agents in Chandler and Gilbert. I got my license in 2007, survived the worst market in modern history, and came out the other side sharper for it. Over 700 closed transactions and 20+ years later, I founded Dawson Real Estate Group around one simple belief; that buyers and sellers in the East Valley deserve more than average.

I am a man of faith, baptized in 2024, and newlywed to my wife Carissa. When I’m not fighting for my clients, you’ll find me on the golf course, exploring somewhere new, or investing in the people I love.
